22 September 2017: Service fees changes from 25 September 2017 till 29 September 2017.

Please note that service fee equivalent to 27 € is 845 UAH per applicant. The charge includes the VAT.

25 August 2017: Delay in processing of applications due to holidays.

Please note that due to the holidays in August there may be the delays in processing applications and delivery via courier service.

14 July 2017: Ukrainian citizens who have a biometric passport, issued in accordance with the standards of ICAO, are exempt from the visa requirements while travelling to the Faroe islands and Greenland.

01 June 2017: Ukrainian citizens who have a biometric passport, issued in accordance with the standards of ICAO, are exempt from the visa requirement while travelling to EU/Schengen countries starting from 00:00 Sunday the 11 June 2017 (the night between Saturday 10.06.2017 and Sunday 11.06.2017). The visa free regime does not apply for the UK and Ireland. Ukrainian citizens, planning a trip to the Schengen area before 11.06.2017, should have a Schengen visa.

17 June 2016: Applicants who are applying for a residence/work permit as an intern of agriculture (PR1 application form) and passed Cambridge Language Test, should submit information for his/her ID number and secret number.

16 June 2016: Please kindly note that you have an opportunity to submit your visa application to any Denmark Visa Application Centre without prior appointment.

15 June 2016: Attention! Effective 15 June 2016 all applicants applying for Danish Schengen visa should submit photocopies of all pages of current and previous international passports, including empty pages and photocopies of all 16 pages of Ukrainian passport along with the documents.

Scheduling an appointment to submit your visa application at either the Royal Danish Embassy in Ukraine or at the Visa Application Centers is FREE of COST and does not require any additional payment for scheduling an appointment. Applicants are requested to make a note that this website (http://visacenter-ukraine.com/poland-kyiv.shtml) which does not belong to the VFS Global or the Visa Application Centers and any service offered through this website is completely independent and is not related to Denmark Visa Application Centers.

10 May 2016: Restoring of the Electronic Visa System

Please be informed that recent technical issues with the electronic visa system had been resolved and Visa Application Centers of theDanish Embassy are accepting documents as per usual process however take a note that processing time for the visa applications may be longer than 10 working days. 29 April 2016: If a student is going to Denmark as an exchange student used the ST1 online

If a student is going to Denmark as an exchange student used the ST1 online application and did not submit documentation in form of a bank transcript proving that he/she is able to support himself/herself during the stay in Denmark he/she should as soon as possible send this to the SIRI by mail study@siri.dk  with reference to the Case Order ID.

08 December 2015: Closure of Visa Application Center in Donetsk

Visa Application Center in Donetsk (4 a Leninskyi Prospekt) is closed since 14 July 2014 and will continue to remain closed until further notice. Applicants are requested to make a note of the same and plan for submission of their visa applications at any other visa application center.

14 October 2015: Introduction of the Mobile Biometric Service

This is to bring to your kind note that Visa Application Centre of Denmark in Ukraine offers convenient service of Mobile Biometric for those applicants who would like to submit their documents for a visa and biometric data without visiting the Visa Centre. For more details – please click here.

16 June 2015: Ukrainian citizens and people residing legally in Ukraine would need to appear in person in order to provide biometric data.

Please note that effective 23 June 2015, Ukrainian citizens and people residing legally in Ukraine would need to appear in person in order to provide biometric data (fingerprints and digital photography),this concerns the applications for the short-term Schengen visas (max. 90 days in 180 days). 14 June 2014: Dear Applicants! Denmark has now introduced the Red Carpet Programme – the Fast Track Business Visa to Denmark. Eligible entities are private or public entities with a reasonable number of employees requiring visas regularly for business travels to Denmark, and where Denmark always is the main destination (the total number of days spent in Denmark should always be more that the number of days spent in other Schengen countries), f.i.

local subsidiary of a Danish company
local company with subsidiary in Denmark
local company with exclusive partnership with a Danish company
local company interested in investing in Denmark
local institution cooperating closely with similar Danish institutions
NGO’s cooperating with similar organizations in Denmark

17 Aug 2012: Please note that you can also apply for visa to Denmark at the Lithuanian Embassy in Yerevan, Armenia with effect from 15 August 2012.

Embassy does not recommend applicants to take assistance from any kind of unauthorized persons near the Visa Application Center.
